SHIPPING POLICY

We understand how important it is to you to receive your item in the most cost efficient fashion.

That is why we work with a variety of Logistics and Shipping companies to source the lowest possible shipping method for our customers.

If an item is damaged in transit a claim may be made through the shipping companies website that handled your package.

A replacement will be made upon receiving a claim number from the company in charge of handling your order.

Returning or exchanging an item purchased through our online store may only be possible if the item purchased is deemed to be defective. No 

returns on Personalized items that were confirmed with personalized

art work .

 

A Final Sample /Design template will be sent on all Personalized items to the E-mail address you provided us.  Production will not move forward unless we receive confirmation that the final design is accurate.

* IMPORTANT* Upon Confirmation no changes may be made to the final product.   Please pay attention every detail of the design we will provide you with. ( Spelling, Placement, & Coloration)

Upon completion of production if a mistake is found we will not accept responsibility,  If you are wanting a replacement item to be made, the customer will be liable to pay the full amount of the purchase again.

 

You can make a claim by calling Image Promotions during our regular office hours of 8:30am - 5:00 pm (CST), Monday to Thursday

& Fridays 8:30AM - 3:00PM (CST) (Summer Hours)

(Regular hours resume on Fridays in September)

If the item has not been personalized and a mistake was made during the check out process, an exchange  only may be made for the desired item with the expense of Shipping & Handling.
